Tavern Cooking Class at Wakeman Town Farm

Join us for an adult cooking class as part of America’s 250th anniversary celebration conducted by culinary historian, chef and Westport Museum’s Executive Director, Ramin Ganeshram. The menu is inspired by tavern fare of the Revolutionary War era . After crafting the meal, we will sit down to enjoy dinner together in Tim’s Kitchen.

Spring Asparagus Salad

Chocolate Torte

Cordial: Cherry Bounce, a cherry liqueur with spices and spirits

After crafting the meal, we will sit down to enjoy dinner together in Tim’s Kitchen.
