Just in time for Valentines Day, learn how to make your very own chocolate in our truffle-making class taught by Alina Dancho, a professional pastry chef and owner of Alina’s Cakes & Cookies with locations in Fairfield and Westport! Enjoy your delicious final product yourself or give it as a gift. While you make your truffles, our Executive Director, Ramin Ganeshram, a trained chef, food historian and award-winning cookbook author, will share some exciting tidbits about chocolate history.
