Join Westport Museum and Chocolatieree, Westport’s local chocolatier, to see a demonstration of how modern chocolate is made and try some delicious samples. Laureen Haynes, master chocolatier, will talk about the modern process and flavors, while our Executive Director, a trained chef and food historian, will discuss the history before trying some delicious samplings.
Tickets $35 for members, $45 for non-members. Reservations are required, register below. Workshops limited to 15 participants.
Included in your ticket are five gourmet chocolates and additional chocolate ingredients. Tickets are nonrefundable. In the event you must cancel, we will consider your purchase a donation and will happily issue you a donation receipt.
