Celebrate Caribbean Heritage month by learning to cook iconic heritage dishes from different islands. Chef Kashia Cave, a noted Trinidadian trained chef and founder of My City Kitchen, a nonprofit that teaches culinary skills to young people will be your instructor for this class. This year, Chef Kashia is in Chef Carla Hall’s Favorite Chef competition. Attendees work in groups and at the end of the evening share in a feast of their final dishes with wine in our historic 7-sided Cobblestone Barn.
