Take & Make

Nothing heralds the holidays season like the delightful smell of baking treats in the oven. Ring in the festivities with a unique cooking experience from the charming holidays of yore! 

Professional chefs, including our Executive Director, Ramin Ganeshram, a trained chef, food historian and award-winning cookbook author, will talk about the history of behind these holiday favorites and follow along as she teaches you to make your own special seasonal treat for yourself or give as a gift!  

Bake delectable gingerbread as a family friendly goodie or try an adult-only special mix of brandy-soaked fruit in a plum pudding.

Tickets $35 for members, $45 non-members. Reservations are required, to register use the button to the right. Each class includes COVID-safe environment, 2-hours of one-on-one time with a professional chef for the group, and all ingredients and equipment needed for the recipe.
