The ghostly apparition of Washington Irving, author of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, has been resurrected for a special reading of his frightful tale about the Headless Horseman. Hear his famous story while socially distanced on the museum’s lawn.
Per State of Connecticut mandates, social distancing practices will be in effect and masks are required unless the use of a mask or cloth face covering by anyone for whom doing so would be contrary to his or her health or safety because of a medical condition.
Tickets $10. Reservations are required, register online here. Tickets are nonrefundable. In the event you must cancel, we will consider your purchase a donation and will happily issue you a donation receipt.
Space is limited. We encourage bringing your own lawn chairs or blankets for seating.
