Mother’s Day Flower Workshop, Teacup Petunias

May 7th, 2022

2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

The best part of the season is the delightful sight and smell of colorful flowers. Celebrate Spring and moms of all kinds by creating a sweet teacup planter gift! This is a family friendly event with ample help for young ones.

Our Community Partner the Westport Garden Club is pleased to lend one of their Master Gardeners, Kelle Ruden, to speak about the types of flowers blooming during the spring season while you follow along to make your own special arrangement for yourself or to give as a gift! Participants may drop-in anytime between 2pm and 4pm, each planting will last approximately 30 minutes.

Tickets $15 for members, $20 for non-members and include all supplies. Reservations are required, register online here. Workshop is limited to 30 participants. Tickets are nonrefundable. In the event you must cancel, we will consider your purchase a donation and will happily issue you a donation receipt.

Why not bring a group? Our workshops are a wonderful opportunity for your friends to get together or have a family outing. If you’re interested in a private event, please contact programs@westporthistory.org.
