Escape the Crate: The Final Words of Agent 355

Can you solve the mystery of Agent 355 also known as “The Lady”—a female spy working for George Washington? Use materials from our collection and clues left on our grounds by the 18th century spy to solve our “Escape the Crate”. Discover the artifact left by Agent 355 and create a new chapter in Westport history*! 

 

Inside the museum discover the amazing contributions women have made to Connecticut’s inventive history. Objects in our collection will highlight the historic work of women inventors, including Florence Smibert, Heddy Lamar and Grace Hooper.   

 

Pick up a “Wonderous Westport Women” brochure at the museum to collect stamps throughout the Faire from women makers for a chance to win a prize!
