The  Annual Meeting of the Westport Historical Society will be held in the Raymond Room of the Society, 25 Avery Place, on Sunday January 29, 2012 at 1:30 PM. All current members of the Society are invited to attend.  Those interested in becoming members should pick up a membership form at the Society.   The 2011 Annual Report will be presented and the slate of Officers, Directors & Advisory Council for 2012 will be elected.

Immediately following the Annual Meeting, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, the new exhibit “Next Stop: Westport The Inspiration for 1950′s TV & Film Writers  will open in the Sheffer Gallery.  The public is invited and refreshments will be served. This exhibit will run until April 28.
