106 Easton Road

Jodi and Ernest Perno are honoring Westport’s heritage by displaying a Westport Historical Society plaque identifying their 106 Easton Road home as the John H. Adams house which was built in 1875. Adams was the owner of the Coleytown mill. Subsequent to Adams owning the house, a nationally famous sculptor and illustrator named J. Clinton Shepherd owned the house.  “We purchased our home due to the architectural significance – also we were awestruck by the beautiful grounds,” said Ernest Perno “Its ambience is absolutely charming.”  Bob Weingarten for WestportNow.com
