Meet at Old Hill Road and King’s Highway Intersection
WHS will conduct a Walking Tour of the King’s Highway Historic District on October 3rd at 2pm, Rain or Shine. Walkers will meet at the Old Hill Road and King’s Highway intersection. The narrated guided tour will view the oldest house, a one-time schoolhouse and a grist mill site. There will be stories about Madame Sarah Knight riding through here in 1703.
